Our Founder

Nicole O'Brien, Founder and CEO

She's a bit corporate, a bit ghetto, but she always keeps it positive and keeps it real.  Nicole has experienced the good, the bad and the really ugly – a.k.a “the mom-wall”, but in the end has defined and achieved her own personal version of success in life, love and the world.

She jumped the corporate ship to share some love by passing on the knowledge, lessons and experiences that she has collected in the hopes of creating positive, pro-active and collaborative energy for mothers and children.

She's a Mexican, Millennial, Mother of 4 children ages 9 and under; the wife of a stud muffin; the daughter of 2 awesome people; the granddaughter of 2 strong and resilient women, and the Founder and CEO of BOSSMOM, LLC and Co-Founder of Energy for Kids, Inc.

About Us

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to promote, develop and sponsor Mothers as they navigate through their journey as a woman and a mother.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to cultivate a culture where Mothers are valued, respected and cherished so that they, their families and their networks can thrive.

Our View on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

AT BOSSMOM:

BOSSMOM embraces Diversity and Inclusion as a catalyst which enables positive, productive and sustainable development and advancement for all of society.  In our uncertain world, we believe that every mother, regardless of her race, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, and/or vocation status, is the common thread that can knit together unity, harmony and happiness in our world.

At BOSSMOM, we recognize that every person is uniquely individual, and we strive each day to be aware of and respectful to each person’s unique background, culture and heritage while ensuring our organization works cohesively and effectively to promote, develop and sponsor women during their careers as Mothers.

We welcome, encourage and believe that every person and entity has the right and responsibility to cultivate an authentic culture where Mothers are valued, respected and cherished so that Mothers, their families and their networks can thrive.
