Family AND impact
The Devoted Visionary
Making dinner for her kids matters deeply, and so does the work in her that could change thousands of lives. She isn't waiting for either one to matter less.
We see you
You can do both. (and do them beautifully)
There is so much brilliance in moms building quietly, in the in-between moments. BossMom is where you find each other, find language for who you are, and build a life big enough to hold your family and your dreams.

We know where it happens
Millions of brilliant moms are taking care of their kids and, at the same time, becoming amazing new versions of themselves.
We see you building quietly. Trying, overthinking, freezing, picking back up and figuring it out. Sometimes feeling alone in it. Becoming someone new along the way, even when your reality hasn't caught up with your potential yet.
BossMom isn't just about having a business and babies. It's about embracing the complexity of our lives, and helping you bring all that potential into reality.
You're not overwhelmed because you're doing too little. You're overwhelmed because you're carrying too much.
We see you.
Is this you?
You don't have to choose one clean identity. You get to build a life big enough to hold all of you.
Family AND impact
Making dinner for her kids matters deeply, and so does the work in her that could change thousands of lives. She isn't waiting for either one to matter less.
Powerful AND cared for
She's the one everyone calls because she'll figure it out, and sometimes she wants someone to say, "I've got this. You don't have to."
Builder AND rebuilder
She keeps outgrowing what she built. Every rebuild feels like starting over, but the woman beginning again is bigger every time.
Permission slips
if any of this made you go "wait, that's me"... you're in the right place.

The motherhood truth
Some of our constraints are chosen. There are trips we could take and hours we could work, and sometimes we deliberately don't, because something else matters more. That isn't a lack of ambition. It means we're optimizing for more than one outcome. That takes different systems, different support and a different definition of consistency.
Your kids aren't in the way. They're part of the way.
I used to get so frustrated when my daughter wouldn't leave me alone while I worked. Then I noticed she didn't want me to stop working. She wanted to do what I was doing. So I gave her a keyboard and printouts, and she sat right next to me, typing and highlighting. She wasn't pulling me away. She was trying to be like me.

Hey fellow BossMom!
I started this business while pregnant with my son and wrote the original Boss Mom book while pregnant with my daughter.
One of my favorite moments: recording a video for our members at 6am. No makeup, hair not done, lighting definitely not ideal, and I could hear the kids waking up. So I just said it out loud: "I'm recording this at 6am because this is when moms get things done." A woman messaged me afterward: "Thank you. I needed to see that."
That's when it clicked. It's not just about teaching strategy. It's about giving permission. I'm not a thousand steps ahead of you. I'm a few, close enough to turn around and say, "Here. Put your foot here."
